This workshop will have a range of talks and discussions around high-detail, high-quality representation of physical molecular interaction evidence. The IMEx Consortium (www.imexconsortium.org) is an international curation collaboration established with the goal to represent experimentally-derived molecular interaction evidence in high detail and make it freely available to the scientific community as a single corpus. Some of the topics covered will be the representation of genome variation and effects over the interactome as covered in mutagenesis experiments, the rationalization and prioritization of literature information for curation, representation of interactions involving complex carbohydrates or the evaluation of functional assays as acceptable interaction evidence..
This workshop will merge with the GREEKc workshop to discuss transcription factor-gene interactions
